The experienced corporate services team takes the stress out of organising corporate events, charity functions and other special events. Palm Meadows offers a dedicated Event Coordinator to ensure the efficient running of your event.

Catering

Palm Meadows offers competitive group rates with tailor-made food and beverage packages. The club's comprehensive hospitality team can arrange any style of catering from sandwiches or snacks to a gourmet barbecue or on-course catering packages including all equipment and ice.

Accommodation may be arranged with the luxurious Mercure Gold Coast Resort less than 200 metres from the golf course or with the Gold Coast's leading hotels, resorts and apartments.

CURTIS STRANGE PACKAGE – $59.00 per person for groups minimum 16
This golf day package includes 18 holes of golf, electric cart (a shotgun start is available with sufficient numbers) and our silver finger food option, served in our Lakeview Bar & Bistro overlooking the course after the game, a great way to relax and finish the day off with a few refreshing beverages during presentations.

RODGER DAVIS PACKAGE - $79.00 per person for groups minimum 16
This golf day package has you covered from start to finish, with a prepacked lunch box ready on your cart for tee off time for your 18 holes of golf with an electric cart.
After the game, players can refresh themselves in the locker rooms before enjoying a recap of the day with a few drinks and finger food in our Lakeview Bar & Bistro overlooking the course. Our staff can set up any presentation requirements you may have including microphone and lectern. Finger food includes Gold Option of 6 choices.

GREG NORMAN PACKAGE - $89.00 per person for groups minimum 16
This full day golf package covers everything that is needed for a successful event. 18 holes of golf with an electric cart, prepacked lunch box including water on your cart ready to go at tee off, 3 drink vouchers to be redeemed with our on course drinks cart and finished off with finger food in our Lakeview Bar & Bistro after the game. Our outdoor terrace is the perfect place to unwind and discuss your round. Finish the day off with a few refreshments during presentations. Package includes Gold Finger Food option.

The Course

Palm Meadows can host golfing events for both social and corporate groups of up to 144 people for any occasion.
Green Fees

The 2013 rate for all Corporate Golf Days and groups of 16 players or more is $49.50 per player which includes 18 holes and a shared electric cart. A half day hire of $5500 is also available for either a morning or afternoon shotgun start.

Inclusive of this rate is:
- Group Coordinator to assist
- Competition markers (NTP, Longest Drive, etc)
- Signage – Erection of banners (up to 10 free of charge, must be supplied 48 hrs prior)
- Assistance with player registration
- Presentation facilities (Lectern, microphone)
- Use of Lakeview Bar & Bistro for pre and post presentations
- Print material (cart cards, etc)
- Cart Attendants to assist with bags
- Welcome announcements and rule briefing for the day

Accommodation

Accommodation may be arranged with the luxurious Mercure Gold Coast Resort less than 200 metres from the golf course.
Palm Meadows Golf Course at Carrara on the Gold Coast is centrally located within 10 minutes drive of Surfers Paradise and five minutes from Broadbeach. Palm Meadows welcomes golfers of all standards.
The all weather golf course has 11 kilometres of golf cart paths around the fairways. Palm Meadows has a fleet of 72 Club Car electric golf carts each with its own esky.

The challenging 350 hectare course was designed by leading Australian golfer Graham Marsh. Par 72 measures 6319 metres off the championship tees. Water comes into play on 14 holes and there are 82 sand bunkers.

The first hole is recognised as one of the world's most challenging opening holes. Water runs the length of the hole on the left and the world famous Bamboo Curtain forms a barrier to the right.

Palm Meadows' signature hole is the world famous 18th; it measures 523 metres from the championship tees. Players accept the challenge and decide how much of the right dogleg they want to cut off. American Golf Digest rated Palm Meadows 18th in the world's top 500 golf holes.
